onBoard Total Reach enables the IT team to remotely and securely "reach through" and administer all communications devices connected to onBoard Mobile Gateways from any remote location.

Improve productivity

With onBoard Total Reach, you can avoid taking vehicles off the road for routine IT problems. When field crews run into difficulty with laptops, cameras and other equipment, the IT administrator can set up a remote session to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the problem.

Provide real-time IT support from any location

Support can be provided remotely using an internet connection, so IT administrators can help a mobile crew from any location. By establishing secure access to the gateway, the administrator will have a unified view of all applications using the gateway. With luck, the problem can be resolved remotely, and if not, the IT administrator now has a good idea of what will be required for resolution.

Support a wide range of end-user equipment

onBoard Total Reach allows IT administrators to support most applications that are connecting through the gateway, including laptops, cameras, medical equipment and any Windows Mobile or Palm device.
