Central US Account Executive
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all direct and indirect sales activities to target market segments in the defined geographic territory.
- Manage and grow the indirect distribution channel as well as to coordinate and resolve channel conflicts.
- Represent In Motion Technology at regional trade shows and conferences.
- Develop regional sales plans.
- Identify and secure new product and services opportunities.
- Lead sales proposal process for identified opportunities and coordinate resources required to deliver final proposals.
- Coordinate regional activities with North American and Global Sales Teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in large system sales to government agencies as well as Enterprise.
- Demonstrated record of winning large complex sales projects.
- Broad knowledge of Public Safety communications marketplace.
- Specific knowledge of available communication products, solutions, and systems.
- Knowledge of military and government customers.
- Knowledge of large enterprise communication Networks.
- Knowledge of all aspects of carriers networks and operations.
- Technical and/or business degree(s) would be a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Background and training in strategic selling model for complex systems.
