Norm Dowds

Mr. Dowds is a seasoned technology executive in the telecom and network services arenas. From 1979 through 1996, Mr. Dowds spearheaded the digital communications technology development at MPR Teltech, a leading Canadian research and development organization where he successfully managed numerous digital switching, packet switching, and network service management products to market in partnership with Newbridge, Nortel, Microtel and others. More recently, Mr. Dowds was Vice President of Engineering for Starvision, a Newbridge affiliate, developing multimedia conversation technology, and Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Unity Wireless of Vancouver.

Peter Howley

Peter A. Howley is a serial entrepreneur with unprecedented experience in building high growth disruptive service companies in the telecom sector. He has the distinction of leading his first venture backed company through IPO and acquisition into the pages of American business history as CEO of Centex Telemanagement. It was recognized as one of the fastest growing, best managed, most profitable companies in America. It retains a cult status in the service industry. As the CEO/co-founder of IPWireless, Inc., Howley raised more than $120 million in venture capital. His leadership was instrumental in the company’s acquisition by Nextwave.

Dr. Ralf Rieken

Dr. Rieken is a network and computer technology industry veteran with comprehensive experiences in software engineering, computer architecture, network infrastructure concepts, service architectures, product engineering, business development and strategy consulting. Currently Dr. Rieken is Head of Technology Services, an IT consulting organization within Fujitsu Siemens Computers GmbH in Munich Germany. Before this assignment Dr. Rieken held various positions in high-tech companies, including CEO of Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Inc., VP Strategy Development - Siemens Information and Communication Networks, VP Software Engineering - Optisphere Networks, Inc., VP Network Technology - Siemens Information and Communication Networks, and Director Systems Engineering - Siemens Intelligent Networks. Dr. Rieken is a seasoned presenter at international conferences, holds several patents, and has published over 40 papers on computer technology and communications networks. He holds a Masters of Science degree and a Ph.D. in Information Technology. Dr. Rieken serves as an advisor to FiberZone Networks, Protecode and In Motion Technology.

John Sheehan

Mr. Sheehan has served as a consultant in the London Perret Roche Group in Red Bank, New Jersey since October 2001. The LPR Group specializes in helping companies, executives and teams achieve market-leading results. Mr. Sheehan began his career at Bell Laboratories in 1962, and over a period of 33 years at Bell Laboratories, Western Electric and AT&T, worked in senior positions in development, manufacturing, strategic planning and general management. After leaving AT&T in 1996, Mr. Sheehan held senior management positions in three startup companies. Mr. Sheehan has a Bachelors of Science degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University and a Masters of Science degree in electrical engineering from New York University
